Dary Technologies, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates Presento AI, a free iOS application for speech practice and coaching, with optional in-app purchases for coaching credits. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

We do not collect: audio recordings, email addresses, full names, location data, or device identifiers.
Audio is captured and transcribed entirely on your device using Apple's Speech Recognition framework. The audio recording never leaves your device.
Before your first coaching request, the app asks for your explicit permission to share your data with Anthropic. Nothing is sent until you tap "Allow and Continue" on the in-app consent screen. If you decline, no transcript or metrics leave your device and you can still review your on-device results.
Once you have consented, the text transcript of your speech and delivery metrics (word count, speaking pace, filler words, longest pause) are sent to our server and forwarded to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your coaching result. Neither we nor Anthropic store the transcript itself after the response is returned. Your coaching result, which may include short verbatim excerpts of the transcript, is cached on our server for up to 24 hours solely to prevent double-charging if your request is retried after a dropped connection, then automatically deleted.
As a safeguard, transcripts that appear to contain credit card numbers or Social Security Numbers are automatically rejected before any processing occurs.

Apple handles all in-app purchases. No payment data reaches our servers. Apple's Sign in with Apple service authenticates your account and provides only an anonymous user identifier unless you choose to share your name.
We use your data only to operate Presento AI: to authenticate your account, track your coaching balance, validate purchases, and prevent duplicate credits. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with any third party beyond what is described in Section 3.
Your account data is retained until you delete your account. To delete your account, open the app, go to the Account tab, and tap "Delete account." Deletion from our live database is immediate. Your remaining coaching balance is removed and cannot be restored. Purchase transaction records are kept in anonymized form only for purchase dispute purposes. For disaster-recovery purposes we keep encrypted off-site database backups; a deleted account's data may persist in one of these backups for up to 30 days before that backup is itself permanently deleted.

Presento AI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at the address below and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
