Dary Technologies, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates Presento, a paid iOS application for speech practice and coaching. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Information we collect

We do not collect: audio recordings, email addresses, full names, location data, or device identifiers.

2. Audio and speech transcripts

Audio is captured and transcribed entirely on your device using Apple's Speech Recognition framework. The audio recording never leaves your device.

The text transcript of your speech and delivery metrics (word count, speaking pace, filler words, longest pause) are sent to our server and forwarded to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your coaching result. Neither we nor Anthropic store the transcript after the response is returned. It is processed in memory only.

As a safeguard, transcripts that appear to contain credit card numbers or Social Security Numbers are automatically rejected before any processing occurs.

3. Third-party services

Anthropic receives your speech transcript to generate coaching feedback under their standard API data policy. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.

Apple handles all in-app purchases. No payment data reaches our servers. Apple's Sign in with Apple service authenticates your account and provides only an anonymous user identifier unless you choose to share your name.

4. How we use your information

We use your data only to operate Presento: to authenticate your account, track your coaching balance, validate purchases, and prevent duplicate credits. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with any third party beyond what is described in Section 3.

5. Data retention and account deletion

Your account data is retained until you delete your account. To delete your account, open the app, go to the Account tab, and tap "Delete account." Deletion is immediate and permanent. Your remaining coaching balance is removed and cannot be restored. Purchase transaction records are kept in anonymized form only for purchase dispute purposes.

6. Children

Presento is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at the address below and we will delete it.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
