What are coachings?

One coaching is one AI feedback session on a speech you record in the app. Your first purchase includes one bonus coaching, free.

How do I get more coachings?

Open the Account tab and tap "Buy coachings." Packs range from 15 to 60 coachings. All purchases are handled securely through the App Store.

Do coachings expire?

Purchased coachings never expire, and neither does your bonus coaching.

Can I use Presento AI on multiple devices?

Yes. Sign in with the same Apple ID on each device and your coaching balance syncs automatically.

Is my voice recorded and stored?

No. Audio is transcribed entirely on your device using Apple's Speech Recognition and never leaves your phone. Only the text transcript is sent for coaching, and it is not stored after your result is returned.

How do I delete my account?

Open the Account tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete account." You will be asked to confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

What happens to my balance if I delete my account?

Your remaining coaching balance is permanently removed and cannot be restored. If you reinstall the app and sign in again, you will start with a fresh account, and your next purchase will include the usual bonus coaching.
